This contest is organised by Mindspace Business Parks REIT. Official contest updates, announcements, and featured content will be published on Instagram via @MindspaceBusinessParks
By submitting an entry to the #MyMindspaceMoment contest, all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- This contest is strictly open to tenant employees actively working at the following Mindspace REIT campuses. Entries from non-eligible individuals will be disqualified.
- Mumbai: Mindspace Airoli East, Mindspace Airoli West, Ascent Worli, and Paradigm Mindspace Malad
- Pune: Gera Commerzone Kharadi, Commerzone Yerawada, and The Square (Nagar Road)
- Hyderabad: Mindspace Madhapur and The Square (110 Financial District)
- Chennai: Commerzone Porur, Commerzone Pallikaranai, and One Radial
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Each participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry. Any duplicate submissions will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Usage Rights of the Content Submitted by Participants
- Usage Rights & Promotion: By entering this contest, participants grant Mindspace Business Parks REIT, its affiliates, and subsidiaries an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and otherwise use the submitted photos, videos, audio, handles, and captions across all digital platforms, including Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook), marketing collaterals, internal comms, and promotional channels without further notice, objection, or compensation.
- Raw Content & Format Requirements: Participants must supply the actual raw shot video upon request. Furthermore, selected winners must submit their final video file in MP4 (or other requested standard video format) as a mandatory condition prior to prize distribution.
- Originality & Ownership: Participants represent and warrant that their submission is an original work, does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property, and that they hold all necessary rights to submit the content.
3. Audio, Music & Third-Party Rights
- Copyrighted Audio: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that any music, audio tracks, or sound effects used in their Instagram Reels/posts comply with Instagram's licensing agreements and copyright laws.
4. Privacy, Safety & Liability Disclaimer
- Public Accounts: Entries from private profiles that cannot be viewed by the organisers will be disqualified.
- Sensitive Information: Participants must ensure that no confidential corporate information, security setups, visible computer screens, non-consenting individuals, or restricted campus areas are displayed in their photos or Reels before the same is submitted in the Contest.
- Indemnification: Mindspace Business Parks REIT assumes no responsibility or liability for copyright infringement or copyright claims arising from third-party music, visuals, or logos used within user-submitted content. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindspace Business Parks REIT against any legal claims, demands, suits, etc. in relation to or resulting from the Content submitted by the Participant in the Contest.
- Personal & Property Damage: Mindspace Business Parks REIT, its management, and campus affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any personal injury, physical harm, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property (including cameras, mobile devices, electronic equipment, or personal belongings) incurred by participants or third parties before, during, or after filming or capturing content for this contest.
- Workspace Compliance: Participants are solely responsible for adhering to their respective employers' workplace, security, and safety protocols while capturing content on campus grounds.
5. Judging Criteria & Selection
- Entries will be evaluated by an internal panel appointed by Mindspace Business Parks REIT based on visual appeal, original narrative, relevance to the campus experience, and audience engagement (likes, shares, comments).
- The decision of the judges and Mindspace Business Parks REIT management is final, binding, and not subject to appeal or dispute.
6. Prizes & General Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for alternate cash options unless specified by the organisers.
- Mindspace Business Parks REIT reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
